In the workshop this week a Ford Focus ST2 2.0 Turbo for a Revo stage 2 conversion . This vehicle already had a Milltek cat back exhaust but required the Milltek down pipe with high flow cat fitted .
A much larger Airtec inter cooler is required to keep the charge temperatures at a sensible level , in order to fit this the front bumper is removed .
To gain the required intake air flow a Revo induction kit was installed.
Once the hardware is fitted we were able to up-date and then install the latest Revo stage 2 ecu file via the OBD port .The car was then set up data logged and tested on our Dastek rolling road.
